EBOS Pharmaceuticals, Auckland 

This is the new company headquarters for a pharmaceutical company. The warehouse is 2,500m2 and built with ‘tilt-slab’ pre-cast concrete walls poured on-site. Over that is a long-span steel frame roofing system. Diffuse natural daylight enters the warehouse through insulated top-light windows. The office floor area is 1,000m2 and built with curved aluminum panels over a steel frame. The curtain wall is double glazed with solar reducing glass. Behind this wall of glass is the double-height entry lobby.
